This is gonna be the hardest post for me to write. Ok so i've been in a rut lately. I quit the gym that I loved in May after going 6 days a week for 3 years...for personal reasons. I can't find another gym that has 5am classes at least 5 days a week for me to go to. Every so often I go to Beachbody.com to see what kind of workouts they offer. I was doing Piyo for a little bit, then I got bored, of course I didn't follow any diet plan so I didn't lose any weight. Then I found 80 Day Obsession. This seemed perfect for me. 80 different workouts (which is great cause it can boring doing the same workouts over and over) plus they give you a meal plan with the portion sized containers to meal prep with. Anyways I don't wanna bore you with all that stuff, maybe I'll explain it more later. For now, I think I want to just be accountable for doing this. I know this workout/diet plan will work as long as I stick with it. The workouts aren't the problem, it's the snacking and all the good food I like to eat. So I think if post it then people will expect me follow this all the way through.
So here it goes...I started day 1 on Monday, October 15. I think I will take pics and measurements every ten days to monitor any progress. I purposely cropped out my face cause I totally feel uncomfortable doing this and if I don't have to look at my face then it makes it a little easier :-) I hope you don't get sick looking at it.

You go girl! I too need to lose some pounds. You’re still young, but when I hit menopause it seemed like overnight I was 20 lbs over weight and no matter how much I exercised I couldn’t lose a single pound. I love to eat too so I realized I had to change my diet, but that’s where my struggle is. If this works for you, maybe I’ll try it too! Cheering you on!

Thanks Izsmom! My other doctor had the nerve to tell me I should lose 30 lbs! I was like wth?? I work my ass off and my blood work is excellent...i don't see him anymore :)
