80 Day Obsession Day 10

Not much change, which is kind of annoying to me cause I seem to be busting my butt and staying away from chocolate (and it's almost Halloween!!!!).  But I guess I can't complain since it's only been 10 days.  I know I just started but I hoped to see a little bit more difference.

I must say though, I do feel stronger.  Today was cardio day and last week when I did it I thought I was gonna puke.  I felt horrible all day.  Today I feel fine.  Yay me!  I think I just had to get used to eating breakfast and then working out right after.  I never used to do that.

Anyways, here's my horrible updated pics.  Sheesh I gotta wear something different next time.  It was hard to figure out which day was which on my phone!

What is 80 Day Obsession?

You can go here to read all about it.  It's pretty interesting if you're into working out and want to learn about timed nutrition

The containers may seem small but they hold kind of a lot.  I put the egg there so you can see about how big they are

This is one serving of veggies and protein.  And that's not it!  Sometimes you add in a carb and a fruit!  I usually add in some sweet potato but I ran out so Randy is grabbing me some when he comes home from surfing :)

You need to eat every few hours so I am definitely not hungry throughout the day.  I actually skipped a meal here and there because I really didn't feel like eating.  They say it's a no-no but I know I would've felt miserable if I did.  And I can eat carbs!!  It's a small container but hey it's better than nothing!!

I'm trying not to weigh or measure myself until every 10 days.  I know i'll get pissed if I lose a pound one day and then gain it back another.  It's killing me cause I usually hop on there just as a habit because it's sitting in my kitchen...staring at me....

My 80 Day Obsession Journey

This is gonna be the hardest post for me to write.  Ok so i've been in a rut lately.  I quit the gym that I loved in May after going 6 days a week for 3 years...for personal reasons.  I can't find another gym that has 5am classes at least 5 days a week for me to go to.  Every so often I go to to see what kind of workouts they offer.  I was doing Piyo for a little bit, then I got bored, of course I didn't follow any diet plan so I didn't lose any weight.  Then I found 80 Day Obsession.  This seemed perfect for me.  80 different workouts (which is great cause it can boring doing the same workouts over and over) plus they give you a meal plan with the portion sized containers to meal prep with.  Anyways I don't wanna bore you with all that stuff, maybe I'll explain it more later.  For now, I think I want to just be accountable for doing this.  I know this workout/diet plan will work as long as I stick with it.  The workouts aren't the problem, it's the snacking and all the good food I like to eat.  So I think if post it then people will expect me follow this all the way through.

So here it goes...I started day 1 on Monday, October 15.  I think I will take pics and measurements every ten days to monitor any progress.  I purposely cropped out my face cause I totally feel uncomfortable doing this and if I don't have to look at my face then it makes it a little easier :-)  I hope you don't get sick looking at it.
