I'm so sad that it's Tuesday already and it's almost time to go home. This was a trip of a lifetime and exceeded all of my expectations. But the fun isn't done yet, we have one last sunset and one more incredible Kenyan sunrise before my long journey back to Hawaii.
On our way to our sundowner we ran into the other pride of lions. But this one was special...
MUFASA!!! I finally got to see the king of the jungle...his mane was bigger than all the rest so I'm assuming he was the oldest.
He ran away pretty quickly but there were 4 males in this pride. Here's a younger one. All of the males walked away as soon as we pulled up. I wonder what they do with each other when they hide in those bushes...
This group was much bigger than the last one
This was so cute. Each one literally yawned, got up and walked away, one by one...
I think this one saw a zebra cause the zebra in the distance got spooked and got the hell out of there
It was almost time for our sundowner so we found the perfect spot and relaxed
The sunset was gorgeous
We have one last quick sunrise run tomorrow, hoping for my iconic shot. Will I get? You just have to wait and see!

The loins look so majestic. They crack me up with the yawning, made me want to yawn too! LOL
Love the rhino in the sunset pic.

The lions were so cute! I have a ton of pictures cause I think I got all of them yawning at one time or another...I got lucky with the rhino/sunset pictures. I really like the way they turned out.
