I was watching TV one morning, I think it was the CBS morning show and one of their recipes caught my eye. It was for a lamb ragu, with papardelle pasta. I love papardelle pasta, I don't know why, it's the same ol pasta, just different shape. If you don't know what it is it's a wide noodle, not thick, just wide. Anyways, it's yummy. I haven't made pasta in awhile so it was a good opportunity for me to bust out the pasta maker. I only took one picture, the final one, cause I was making too much of a mess to do the step by step thing. It's a little out of focus cause it's taken from my iphone. I didn't wanna get my real camera dirty :) Oh yah, if you want the recipe, you can get it here.
