My gramma passed away early Friday morning at Ann Pearl, her care home in Kaneohe. She was 99 years old, only a few weeks shy of her 100th birthday. We have lots of great memories with her. She will be missed!

Winter Event 2012!

Hawaii Prince Hotel
Sorry this is sooo late, it's been a busy couple of weeks...Y&M had their first annual winter event at Hawaii Prince Hotel. We had a bake/craft sale, a raffle with awesome prizes, with all proceeds going to the Laulima Giving Program - a charity to help needy families during the holiday season. We actually did pretty well, $907 for the craft/bake sale, which the company will match, and $2170 from the raffle sales! I hope this will be come a Y&M tradition, it was a lot of fun!
I didn't get as much pictures as I had liked, I had to work the bake sale...and ahem, Jalna was BAH HUMBUG and didn't attend the event (tee hee, sorry Jalna, had to throw that in there!)...but I think you'll get the idea of the whole thing

Gingy Bread Men!

We're really competitive here at Yeoh & Muranaka. For the last few years we've been holding contests during the holiday season and surprisingly a lot of employees participate! We have had stocking decorating, we made ornaments out of styrofoam balls, and this year we were given a foam gingerbread man and we were to decorate it in a way that expresses you or your personality. There were some really great entries, we don't know the winner yet, I think we find out on Sunday. Can you guess which one is mine??

This one is so funny, the little note says "do not peep/lift." When you lift it up there's a little bikini or speedo thingy under there!
Too bad I didn't get a better picture of the snowboarder...it was really neat!
