Kailua
The Grove is celebrating their first anniversary (along with 2 birthdays!) and they wanted to throw a thank you to all the supporters that helped them along the way. They needed a photographer for the event and they originally approached Jalna for the job but since it was from 10p-1am it's a little past her bedtime so she asked me if I could do it. It's kinda past my bedtime too but I was gonna be in Kailua anyways so I told her I would go. I'm glad I did, it was a lot of fun! I hope to try the restaurant out one day, I haven't been there since Lucy's closed down. The food smelled wonderful but I wasn't hungry so I didn't get to try anything.

This is the owner's father in law, he was celebrating his birthday. Since he looks like Hugh Hefner they decided to do a Playboy theme! Weird. He actually looks like him!
